A transparent donation platform connecting donors with rural development causes. The platform supports secure authentication, multiple payment gateways, and detailed cause pages that show exactly how donations are being used.
The Challenge
Donors often hesitate to contribute to rural development causes due to a lack of transparency. There was a need for a platform that shows exactly where money goes, supports multiple local payment methods, and builds trust through verified cause profiles.
The Solution
I built a Laravel + Vue.js/Inertia application with integrated Paystack and PayPal payment gateways. Each cause has a transparent funding tracker, showing total raised vs goal, recent donations, and fund allocation breakdowns. User authentication ensures donors can track their contribution history.
