Christol Property – Rental Application
A rental application platform for property management. Prospective tenants can browse available cottages, view detailed property information, and complete a structured multi-step application — all within a clean, modern interface.
The Challenge
Property rental applications often involve tedious paperwork and back-and-forth communication. The client needed a digital platform that streamlined the tenant application process — from property browsing to final submission — while keeping data organized and accessible.
The Solution
I built the platform with Laravel handling the backend, Vue.js with Inertia.js for a seamless SPA experience without a separate API layer, and Tailwind CSS for rapid UI development. The multi-step application form captures tenant details progressively, with server-side validation at each step and MySQL storing all application data.
