The Challenge
Job boards need clear separation between hiring managers and job seekers, efficient search and filtering, and a straightforward application process. Building this with Laravel meant leveraging its ecosystem effectively.
The Solution
I used Laravel with Blade templating and Spatie Media Library for file uploads (resumes, company logos). Tailwind CSS provided rapid styling. The platform features role-based dashboards, job search with filters, and application tracking.
