BeatVault – Flutter Music Player
BeatVault is a feature-rich music player mobile application built with Flutter. It offers a smooth, native-quality audio experience with playlist creation, favorites management, folder-based music browsing, and a clean sidebar navigation — all designed with a dark, modern aesthetic.
The Challenge
Creating a music player that feels native and responsive on both iOS and Android, with smooth audio playback, local music file management, and an organized library system. The app needed to handle large music collections without lag and provide intuitive navigation between playlists, favorites, and folder views.
The Solution
I built BeatVault using Flutter and Dart with SQLite for local data persistence. The app scans device storage for audio files and organizes them into a browsable library. A custom sidebar enables quick navigation between playlists, favorites, and folder views. Playlist creation and favorites management let users curate their own listening experience with persistent local storage.
